iPhone 14 affecting vision?

Hello I have questions if anybody ever check iPhone 14, if after Apple play witch HZ and other screen futures if this not affecting vision. Reason I’m asking because after and hour using it I have feeling like my eyes are very tired and my kids eye it’s getting red after they watching cartoons on phone and have no problem with other iPhone example iPhone XR.

im just asking if any experience same problem.

I have iPhone 14PRO

Prolonged staring at any light-emitting device causes eye strain. You are clearly not taking enough breaks from your phone.

Try to look away from screens every 20 minutes.

Agree but I’m not phone addicted person plus I have no problem with my eye on older phone should be explaining why is that
