Apple.com/bill took money from me?

I have been charged by “apple.com/bill”, yet i don't have any subscriptions nor do i have the purchase history of this 12.96 that has been taken away from me. This has happened many times before, how do i stop it?

If you have gone through all of the steps in here and are still not finding the charged item, contact Apple Support for more help.

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support


There is a Get Support link at the end of the support article. Perhaps Apple can expIain why it keeps happening to you.
