Iphone11 times out and swipe up nor right button do anything. It is a black screen and I can not switch phone off either.
No fix?

Try a Forced Restart. Follow the instructions very carefully.

There are only 2 possible results:
1) The phone returns to normal operation
2) There is a hardware problem on the phone that will require service from the Apple Store or Apple Service shop
