My autofill info’ has disappeared.
settings/safari/autofill/my info just reveals phone numbers.
that’s all.
how do I reinstall my information please, as in name, address, blah, blah?
The credit card information is still there on the cc section.

Your name and address are populated by Auto Fill from your own Contact Card.
In the Contacts App, update your own contact details in My Card.
Assuming that you are signed-in to iCloud - and you have associated your own contact card with My Card, you’ll see My Card at top left of the Contacts sidebar.
