I installed one of my straps on my watch incorrectly and now I can’t slide it out. Help.

Don't try to force it if depressing the underside button doesn't help you remove the band. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for help from Apple.

You're welcome. If they can't remove the band, they'll send the watch out, but they'll get you taken care of.
