Why is my screen auto scrolling on Facebook.

I hear it's a reoccurring bug on FB.
Due to new posts coming in too fast.
I also tried my iPad & the display started auto scrolling. On my MacBook Pro I used Chrome & no auto scrolling! I think it is an Apple problem. It was driving me nuts!
It appears to be random. Today, no scrolling...ugh!
I have the new Ventura. 13.1 operating system
I have the same. If you look at previous answers, you can see seems to be a Facebook issue.
