I got locked out of my iPhone (Security Lockout)

Hi community,

I got locked out of my iPhone 14 Pro Max after putting in the wrong passcode several times. I was surprised that the passcode that I think I usually use is wrong. Please, can I get suggestions on how to resolve this and access my phone again?

Thanks.

If you forgot your passcode, you can use your Apple ID and password to erase and reset your device without a computer.

If you enter the wrong passcode on your iPhone Lock Screen too many times, an alert lets you know that your iPhone is disabled. (Learn what to do if you see "[Device] unavailable" or "Security Lockout" on your iPhone or iPad.)
