Am unable to find the software update option on my iphone x its still stuck on ios 14 and am wanting to update it to ios 16

ok i turned on the restrictions but still no soft ware update options

If screen time is enabled try going to restrictions and try to change settings there.
If that does not work try contacting apple support.
