Is there a way to recover messages from April from my iphone if I have only 30 days selected to keep messages?

You can retrieve a deleted message.....IF.....

You installed iOS 16 on your phone

You installed iOS 16 on your phone.....before....you deleted the message

The message was not deleted more than 30 days ago

A message deleted in April is long gone
