constant restarts and kernel error

my MacBook is being restarting every time my lid is closed.

giving sometimes kernel error and sometimes don't.


this is the error

Post the rest of the panic log in the Additional Text area, here.

However, it looks like a hardware problem. You'll need to take it to an Apple Store Genius Bar or Authorized Repair Center for evaluation. If you have an external NVME SSD, disconnect it and see if you still get panics.
