My son cannot use apple pay
I tried enabling Apple Pay on my sons phone and it isn’t allowing me too it says he already has it enabled but when we go to his phone and turn it on it says he’s under the age requirement

Seems Apple requires a person to be 13 years old or more to use Apple Pay.
(ie: Birth date listed in the person's Apple ID account)

For younger children in US, parents can set up Apple Cash Family (can include youth under 18 years old).
