Black Iphone

Hello, my iphone turned black while on the charger last night. It will not enter recovery mode, or dfu mode, nor will is it being recognized by the computer. It is unresponsive completely. Anyone else have this problem?

iPhone 11, iOS 16

Have you tried a forced restart?


  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.


If this is not working please contact apple support to set up service for your device
