iCloud and Find my options grayed out after updating

Hi,

After updating my iPhone 11 promax to iOS 16.1.1, the options for iCloud and Find My on my settings are grayed out:

Any ideas how to re-enable them?

thanks

Hello nnadiah_azib,

Power cycle the iPhone using these instructions: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support While simple, this can refresh the iOS, apps and connections.

If the issue remains, we would suggest updating to iOS 16.1.2 which was recently released. Just as a reminder, here are the steps to update wirelessly. These steps are among the different ways available to update iOS found at Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support:

Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly
1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
The Settings app on iPhone showing options to update to iOS 15.7 or iOS 16.
5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

Be sure to follow the instructions on how to make a backup of your data before updating.

Have a good day.
