Software Update is missing!

I want to upgrade my computer or reinstall Mac OS HighSierra, but can't find a work around and my iMac doesn't have the Software Update in System Preferences.

iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 10.13

Click on Choose Application and then specify the App Store. Alternatively, restart with the Command and R keys held down and install the OS from there.
