I cannot update my iPhone 11 to the latest iOS version

Hello.

I can not Update my Iphone 11 to the last version of software.

It shows that it's Preparing Update and then request to install.

When I pess Install told me that I am not connected to network but I am.

Thank you.

Hey edina23,


Here are a few basic things to try.


  1. Make sure you are connected to a good WiFi connection.
  2. Turn off cellular data.
  3. Perform the update now.


To turn off cellular data:


Swipe down from the top right of the screen.


Once you do that, Control Center will pop up.


Find the circular icon that looks like an antenna with radio waves around it. That is the cellular data icon.


If the cellular data icon is green, that means cellular data is turned on.

If the cellular data icon is gray, it means that cellular data is turned off.

Tap on the icon to turn cellular data on or off, depending on how you’d like it. (turn it off to do your update)


Now that you have cellular disabled, try to perform the update on your phone.


**If you have success and the phone software updates, make sure to go back and make sure your cellular service is turned back on.


If this does not work, post back with what happens so we can try to assist further.😀
