I have 2 apple ids and I clouds can I combine them
I have two different Apple ids and IClouds because I had a stalker ex so I changed my emails and made two i dont wanna lose the photos from them anyway to combine them?

Closest to what you want is to download all photos locally, then disconnect from the outgoing Apple ID preserving local, then switch to the other Apple ID, and merge and re-upload.
