No; as Update to the latest version of Safari - Apple Support explains, Safari becomes upgraded along with macOS. Your options are to use a different browser or pay Adobe for upgraded versions of their software.
If Safari does not meet your needs consider Brave, or Firefox, and in that order.

thanx for info-figured that was the case but figure it was worth asking. Have 2 Adobe Suites and they won't upgrade them to 64 bit-they want you on the cloud and more $$. I'm retired now and use Suite for old docs I have and occasionally help someone with graphics-not worth the Adobe Cloud. thanx again!
