Is it safe to use totaladblock? Or do I need to use it don’t care for the ad’s.

Using an "ad blocker" is a personal choice. However, realize that it will only prevent the ad from displaying, but does not add any added security for your iPhone. That's because your phone already has built-in security features that don't require any type of blockers or anti-virus apps.
