Recovery
I have accidentally deleted a folder in my email, I could do with help to recover it.
this is on my iPhone 6 Plus I put saved emails into this folder.

What service provides your email? Gmail? Hotmail? AOL?, etc
You will need to get with the support folks at your email provider for details on whether it is possible to recover the folder that was deleted.
