Remove DuckDuckGo from iphone

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow. 

If it is the search engine, change your desired search engine.

If it is the web browser, delete it as you would any other app.
