The iTunes library has no direct support for photos. It is possible to select a folder to act as a source of images to sync to an Apple device, but that is as far as it goes. See Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or PC - Apple Support to transfer images and videos from your device to your computer.
