Watch for parent show on my phone

Wanted to do a watch for dad so I know if he falls or goes into afib. Can I pair the watch with his phone but get notifications on mine?

Read this about Fall Detection on Apple Watch, which if set up correctly sends a message to emergency contacts if he falls.
