I’m an amputee and I ride a recumbent stationary bike instead of walking how can I get health or the ring/circle app to acknowledge my miles I ride ?

I read the information referenced but as in the explanation provided by apple support things get tricky when dealing with a stationary machine. I need to get a lot better before I hit the open road I’ve been disabled for the last 6 years and an amputee for the last four. I know there has to be a way to input the mileage I ride on my recumbent stationary pedaling machine, it only has one wheel inthe front so calling it a bike doesn’t make much sense
