iTunes Video won't play

When trying to play music videos in iTunes controls freeze, Screen is black, audio plays normal.

Do you know why this is happen on laptop AMD chipset? previously, I have lenovo legion laptop with Intel i7 10th gen, it looks fine. could you help me with the solution? because I have so many movies and sometimes I just want to play it on my itunes for windows.

Itunes movies in Windows 11 Hi. I just purchased an Alienware M17 R5 AMD and downloaded Itunes. I own quite a few movies. I have tried watching them, but when I click play on a movie a new window opens up that shows nothing but black. I can't close it. It appears to cause all of itunes to freeze. I can only close Itunes by ending the task in Task Manager. The only way I am able to play a video is by downloading it right now. How do I fix this?

iTunes Hangs Upon Attempting to Play a Movie What can I do to resolve iTunes hanging when playing a movie? iTUnes 12.4.1. This is the only version I can install from the Microsoft Store. Acer Nitro 517-42 3060Mobile 30.0.15.1274 from the Acer Website ALso tried the latest from Nvidia AMD 6800H 30.0.24038.3002 Integrated Graphics Driver from the ACer Website and I also tried the latest from AMD I tried creating a new Library. Redownloading a couple of the movies. Reinstalling iTunes. Windows 11 is Fully Up to Date I have Deauthorized and Reauthorized. At one point I got the playback window to appear but it was randomly pixelated. with no discernable video. Music VIdeos play. Cyberlink's HDCP utility indicates HDCP is working.

Check for updated video drivers.
