Hi baby-girl_3825,
Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today.
It sounds like someone is using your Apple ID and password to use Apple Music. This would be considered a compromised account and these steps can take care of that: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised
"Gain control of your Apple ID
If you think your Apple ID is compromised, use these steps to gain control of it and review your account information:
4.Check with your email address* provider to make sure that you control every email address associated with your Apple ID. If you don't control the email addresses associated with the Apple ID, you should change the password for the email address or use a different email address.
5.Set up two-factor authentication for your Apple ID. This additional security feature is designed to prevent anyone from accessing your account, even if they know your password."
If instead you meant this person is using your Apple Music family subscription, then you'd need to remove them from Family Sharing. Here's how: Leave Family Sharing.
"Remove someone from your family group
The family organizer can remove anyone age 13 or older* from the family group. If you need to, you can transfer a child to another family.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Have a fantastic day!
