Can’t make calls

If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support (AE)

if the issue is still the same i recommend doing a sim swap from your network provider as the issue is might be from the simcard itself

I do believe the issue from the sim card for a reason as you kindly said that it’s works for a couple of days then it’s get faulty another thing you can try doing is put the sim card in another phone test it for couple of days but I always recommend changing the sim card after 3 or 4 years of use
