Cannot update to iOS 16

I have recently purchased brand new iPad Pro. Unfortunately after trying many advised solutions I cannot seem to update my device from 15.7 to 16. Does anyone have similar issue?

iPad (5th gen) Wi-Fi, Cellular

It has not been released by Apple, as yet.
