Transferring contacts

Hi, I just bought new iPad and set up and transferred almost everything automatically from my iPhone but it did not transfer my contacts. How can I do that.

Ensure that both (a) old and new iPads are sighed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID - and (b) have enabled Contacts in iCloud for both iPads:


Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Contacts - set to ON
