Flashlight icon
I cannot change the minus to a plus sign next to the flashlight icon. It will not change.

Troubleshooting iPhone Flashlight Icon:
Manually Restart your iPhone:
- Go To: Settings
- Select: General
- Scroll to: the Very Bottom
- Select: Shut Down
- Slide Finger: to the Right
- Wait: 30 Seconds
- Power One: the iPhone
- Try this Once More
