I have been charged 10$ for the purchase i didn’t make

I recently got a notification from my bank that states i have been charged 10$ by Apple for the purchase i didn’t make. I had my credit card information removed from the Apple services way before the payment happend. I demand refund.

If you see an unexpected charge: 

You can request a refund* for a purchase that you don't recognize, but you must pay for the purchase first. You can also cancel a subscription if you don't want to continue it.

*You must request the refund within the refund period.
