iPad keeps saying slide to power off.

Im wondering how to stop my ipad from saying slide to power off every second, and yes I’ve tried resetting my iPad and it keeps on doing it, I took off my case and used it for a while but it still was popping up. Can someone explain to me why this is happening and how to fix it
