I want to know if I can change my cell phone 11 pro, for a 14 pro and pay a difference

You can trade it in for whatever offer is provided and pay the difference. Only if you bought the 11 brand new and are still in the return/exchange period can you get whatever you paid on the 11 back and apply that towards the 14
