iPhone Not Updating

My iPhone 12 Max will not update to iOS 16. I've done everything that is suggested (even connecting it to my MacBook) and it still says 15.7 is up-to-date.

Do you have a MDM profile?

If so, contact your company - IT department.

Have you install / use iOS Beta version, then remove the beta profile (Settings -> General -> VPN & Device Management).

Then Restart your iPhone and check for updates again.
