Burn from apple watch

I put in a claim about a burn from my Apple Watch. They called me back and wanted pictures of my wrist. The guys said it’s clearly a burn. They sent it to the higher ups and they sent me some crap about cleaning my watch and how to wear it. Which I know how to do both and that had nothing to do with the burn. They suggested it might be a reaction to the watch, which is also not the case! It’s clearly a burn! I just wanted them to upgrade it. I didn’t believe that was too much to ask. I love apple and would like to stick with them. So they did nothing about it or form me! 😞🤷🏻‍♀️
