I’m trying to long into my iCloud but it won’t let me. Because it has my old number on it

Note : you are trying to sign in with www.icloud.com from a web browser , it's not clear you know the Apple ID password , from where the 2FA account was created iPhone / Mac / iPad what are the versions and is device in your possession .
