iCloud.com doesn't show the most recent pictures I took today on my phone. It shows all the pictures on my phone through yesterday. How can I get them to show up?

See If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app – Apple Support
Check the status on your iPhone below the "All Photos" album. Does it say "updated just now" or something else?
Your iPhone needs to be fully charged or connected to power and connected to the internet for the photos to upload, preferably a fast Wi-Fi.
THANK YOU! That's what it was. My phone was not charged all the way, so I plugged it in, and it slowly started uploading the photos from my phone to icloud.com. Much appreciated! I now know why it uploads them sometimes and not other times.
