I’m seeing a difference with SE I wanted to go back to pro phone. I was wondering would apple allow me to swap this phone. It’s only week old

In general, yes.

If you purchased your phone directly from Apple, you can return it for any reason within 14 days of purchase, at which time you can buy whichever other phone you want.

If you purchased your phone from another source, it's up to that vendor's return policies, but most try to match Apple's policies.
