Cannot Select "Screen Recording" for Zoom

When I try to give Zoom access to "Screen Recording," the Zoom application is gray and will not allow me to click on it or give it access. It is also gray under "Full Disk Access." How do I change this? I am hoping to be able to use the screen share option on Zoom. Thanks!
