Theatre mode is not removed by hard restart or swiping. Help

You can't remove it,you either turn it on or off.
I can't run it off! It is frozen on!
I meant I can't turn off theatre mode. I tried 2x's a hard restart. Nada I will try a factory reset unless someone else has a better idea. Thanks for your reply
