Bose aren't an Apple product.

Contact Bose for help with their hardware.

They will need to tell you how to put them in pairing mode.

Johnathan, I appreciate your quick reply. You're correct ... I will have to call Bose, though I've nearly concluded the Bose QC earbuds aren't compatible with iMac computer; haven't found any tips anywhere on any site. It's not, or shouldn't be complicated!
