I pressed a link and I got a pop up thing that said your phone has been hacked. What should I do? Has my phone been hacked?

Your phone has not been hacked. That is a phishing message from someone hoping you will provide enough information to steal your identity. See→Avoid phishing emails, fake ‘virus‘ alerts, phony support calls, and other scams or view this video:
