Hello gbd3,

To use QR Codes with your iPhone, you generally have 3 options:

Option 1: With the camera: Open settings, scroll down to "Camera" and click it. Then, press "Scan QR Codes" (Skip this step if turned on already).

---> Open camera, point your iPhone at a QR code, and you can then use and access them straight from your camera

Option 2: With the QR Code scanner shortcut in the control center: Open settings, click "Control Centre" and press on "Code Scanner"

---> When you open control centre, you will find the shortcut. Click it and you will be able to use and access QR codes from there

Option 3: App from the App Store: There are plenty of so-called "Scanners". These, mostly just scan QR Codes but also give you the ability to create codes on your own. This is the least necessary thing to do you if you don't need to create QR codes.

Best regards,

Thanks, however, the first scanner at the apple store wanted a payment. It also didn't work.

Went back and found a second scanner that did work for free It was QR code Reader and QR scanner.

An amazingly complex process which advertisers make it sound so simple.

Thanks, I was able to get the report Wanted to read.

Keep Smiling
