ignore them. Stop using them. Flood the Frequently used with other emojis you do not take issue with...

Tap on the three dots under the third column of unicorns. That will bring you to all of the Memoji. Select something that is not a unicorn from the row of small icons above the larger memoji. It won't get rid of things entirely but it won't be unicorns.
