IPhone magnifier screen stays black. Have tried to turn it off and then on and have removed accessibility shortcut Still doesn’t work. Was working fine before latest update!

Thanks but I know how to use the magnifier. The problem is that the screen is black and has stayed like that. It also looks like my. camera screen is now black. Unable to take pictures or magnify. Everything worked until this latest update. (15.5).
