iPad Pro 12" M1 Lock Screen Battery Level

My iPad Pro 12" charges using the magic keyboard. I noted that in some cases the charge level indicates example 96% on lock screen while plugged in and when I remove my charger and check couple minuets later it is on 100%. Checked the charge in battery health and concours to 100% level. Checked the battery health and its 100%. Does anybody else has this type of discrepancy.?

As for the described discrepancy, while not an issue that I recall previous report, its occurrence is likely to be benign. If no other performance or charging issues are apparent, you should have no cause for concern. However, if you do have any issue that gives cause for concern, you would be best advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support.

It seems that this type of discrepancy is very rare (<1 in 10,000 users). The Magic Keyboard’s battery had, at this time, very high voltage (over 4 volts), so the battery had rose very rapidly by 4% before disconnecting from charger.

The Magic Keyboard has no battery of its own - but is entirely dependent upon the iPad for its power. Additionally, Apple does not publish statistics concerning occurrence of faults, or the proportion of affected users; as such, your comment is entirely speculative.
