Account disabled in the App Store and iTunes

Hi goodnight, I need your urgent help please. My Account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes for over a month now. I have tried everything but my efforts continue to be futile. Please help.

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end or by the people on these boards. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.

Troubleshooting a Disabled Apple Account:

Contact Apple Support:

By your wording, it seems your Apple Account is locked. If that is the case, then you need to contact Apple Support.

Why Accounts Become Locked:

When your iTunes Account has been disabled, and that often happens due to suspicious activity --- Perhaps nothing on your part. They disable it for no more than Security & Privacy concerns.


Possible Reasons Could Include: 

  • Too many unsuccessful login attempts
  • VPN (Virtual Private Network) usage
  • Consistent transactions
  • Session Times Out
  • Disobeying Terms & Conditions
