How to I change the credit card that is charged for my iCloud storage subscription?

Hello,
I am trying to remove a card from my Apple ID but i am not able to. I followed the instructions above and i did not find a way on to which card my Icloud+ is charged. Can you clarify?
Also, when i press “remove card” nothing happens.
How do i go about this?
