Can't reset my Apple ID password
Dear,
I am trying to reset my password as i have forgotten it.
once i receive a call for verification code and enter it, it does not work.

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
