I’m needing some help to reset my password to my email address to see what emails I’ve not yet read to check in

I’m needing some extra help straight up on the website for changing my password to my email address to login without anymore problems

iPhone XR, iOS 15

Did you forget your email password or your Apple ID password? And if you mean email password, what kind of email account is it (iCloud, AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, gmail, etc).
