Hello,
You might have enabled the Low Power Mode to solve this issue you will have to (Turn OFF Low Power Mode) to do that Go to Settings>>Battery>>>Low Power Mode (turn it off).

Most likely, you have enabled Settings>Battery>Low Power Mode.
